Two Storey Addition to concrete house, included two new bedrooms, and two new upstairs bathrooms, with a new entry portico and laundry room provided to the downstairs living areas. Construction included new steel portal bracing frames, insulated timber framed construction with solid cement plaster cladding system over a batten cavity.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTING SERVICES established in 2001 by Jeff Lummis.

Jeff studied Architectural Draughting after leaving school and became fully qualified in 1990(NZCAD). He has now been in the Architectural field of work for over 20 years. Prior to Jeff setting up his own business he worked for a number of well respected Architectural practices within the Wellington region from 1986 - 2001. During this period he was involved with a range of work consisting of Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, Institutional Buildings, newmulti-storied buildings and Apartment Buildings, Heritage Buildings, Airports, Banks and $2m + Residential homes, right down to $50k kitchen renovations and upgrades.

Since 2001 Jeff's company has concentrated mainly on residential work and has completed over 50 projects including new homes and home alterations.

Architectural Draughting Services offer a full design and drafting service providing 3D CAD Design Concepts, Residential and Commercial Design, Resource and Building Consent documentation, Contract administration and Site supervision.
