Two Storey Addition to concrete house, included two new bedrooms, and two new upstairs bathrooms, with a new entry portico and laundry room provided to the downstairs living areas. Construction included new steel portal bracing frames, insulated timber framed construction with solid cement plaster cladding system over a batten cavity.
